Catalog description

In this course, students explore the role of the nurse leader in quality, regulatory, and risk management requirements. Students analyze the connection between healthcare quality and patient satisfaction and identify how technology can be used to support these metrics in health care. Students will evaluate technology that will support a measurable solution for an identified strategic initiative. Students will identify a change management model that could be utilized for the implementation roll out and adoption of the identified technology.
