This clinical course provides the nurse practitioner student with precepted clinical experiences to conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations, develop differential diagnoses, and formulate plans of care to manage women’s health issues and gender-based reproductive health. The course emphasizes a patient-centered, gender and culturally sensitive approach to promoting, maintaining, and restoring health.
