Gender and Reproductive Health

Catalog description

This course provides the nurse practitioner student with the evidence-based, specialized knowledge needed for assessing, diagnosing, and managing women’s health issues and reproductive health encountered in primary care settings. The course emphasizes a patient-centered, gender and culturally sensitive approach to promoting, maintaining, and restoring health.
