This course covers concepts, principles, and frameworks of strategic planning and management in the healthcare environment. It examines internal and external factors affecting healthcare organizations and what healthcare managers need to understand in order to successfully lead their organizations through changes. The course provides a framework to conduct an environmental analysis, develop and implement a strategy, and evaluate and monitor the strategic plan.
