Prepares DNP students for executive leadership roles in healthcare and academic systems. Emphasizes strategic decision-making, systems thinking, ethical leadership, and interprofessional collaboration to drive innovation, shape policy, and improve organizational outcomes across complex, multidisciplinary environments.
