Catalog description

This course examines the concepts, tools, and principles of strategic management. Students will study analytical tools used to evaluate a company’s external environment and competitive position. Students will explore the different types of strategy, strategic control systems, the relationship between strategy and organizational structure, and the role of leadership. Social responsibility, environmental sustainability, economic responsibilities, and innovation are also explored.
