This course introduces the concept of organizational behavior. Students will develop an understanding of leadership and management strategies used throughout organizations in an effort to optimize productivity. Relevant behavioral models and theories from a wide spectrum of business disciplines will be examined with a critical assessment of their application to the field of organizational behavior.
