Topics of reimbursement across the healthcare delivery system, coding, risk management, and case/utilization management are highlighted. Considers business proposal for a new rehabilitation service line or business as typical healthcare environment requires the business acumen to plan, organize, and manage human, technical, environmental, and financial resources effectively and efficiently. Explores the Employment and Contract Law, organizational management, feasibility studies and strategic planning, and business ethics.
