Catalog description

Provides students with fundamental concepts in statistical analysis and research methodology applied to health sciences. Topics include study design, hypothesis testing, descriptive and inferential statistics, regression analysis, and data interpretation. Emphasis is placed on critical appraisal of scientific literature and biostatistics calculations. This course equips students with essential skills for designing, analyzing, and interpreting biomedical and clinical research studies.
