Catalog description

Provides understanding of the chemical, physical, and biological concepts that serve as the foundation for pharmacological and pathophysiological principles that underlie the principles of pharmaceutical treatment and management of disease. The course builds on pre-requisite knowledge of biological and chemical sciences to expand their understanding of the chemical and molecular origins underlying the principles of treatment of disease. Principles of immunological responses to disease, and treatment of immune system disorders are also discussed.
