Catalog description

In this course, students will develop their capacity to act as organizational consultants, proposing a program that addresses a clear service-delivery or educational need. Students will go through each step of the program development process, from needs assessment to creating a feasible evaluation plan. Students will propose their work to stakeholders for feedback and professional development in a culminating presentation.
