This course is an introduction to the field of occupational therapy, including the history, philosophical beliefs, areas of practice, and roles of practitioners. The focus of the course is on developing an awareness of professional organizations, ethics and values with an emphasis on the Occupational Therapy Practice Framework (OTPF).
