This course explores supervision, leadership, and administration within social work organizations. Students will examine leadership theories, ethical decision-making, management strategies, supervision styles, and organizational behavior while applying principles of anti-oppressive practice and cultural humility. Emphasis is placed on real-world application, reflective practice, and developing leadership competencies for diverse and dynamic settings.
