Introduction to psychological perspectives that place an emphasis on positive emotional states including: happiness, joy, resilience, compassion, and forgiveness. Students will examine a variety of topics and their relationship to subjective well-being, including positive coping, optimism, interpersonal relationships, spirituality, creativity, and achievement.
