This course focuses on the practical ways that law impacts real estate ownership, the exercise of property rights, and the practice of commercial real estate. It explores the legal requirements of the practice of real estate and land development including property rights, real estate ownership and transfer, and the limitations placed on property rights from private and public restrictions, and zoning and land development laws.
