This final 189-hour precepted clinical practicum supports the transition from the competent clinician to the entry-level professional PMHNP. Students demonstrate integration of advanced clinical skills in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, and psychopharmacologic management across the lifespan. Emphasis is placed on leadership, interprofessional collaboration, ethical decision-making, and readiness for independent practice.
