In today’s rapidly changing healthcare landscape, this course is focused on preparing advanced clinical nurses to assume a leadership role which is critical to improving the quality of patient care. This course is the first of a series of two courses which provides instruction on how student nurses utilize the competencies necessary to lead improvement teams, analyze data, and ensure delivery of quality, safety, and value-based care in any healthcare setting.
