Integrating Music Technology Into the Curriculum

Catalog description

Designed for the music teacher and provides philosophical foundations and experience creating lesson plans and units that integrate technology in the K-12 curriculum. Participants should be familiar with the common applications and music technology including music notation software, music production (DAWs), Multimedia and Electronic Instruments. The goal of the course is not to learn how to use the technology, rather how to integrate it into instructional settings that provide creative outlets for their students.
