This course builds on the foundational skills learned in MDC 252 , equipping students for professional writing across evolving media platforms. This course prepares students to create engaging content for digital, social, multimedia, print, and broadcast outlets while incorporating industry best practices in journalism, public relations, advertising, and corporate communication. Students will enhance their reporting, editing, and storytelling skills through practical assignments, interactive projects, and collaborative media experiences. By the end of the course, students will have a portfolio of professional-quality work suitable for publication across various platforms.
