Catalog description

This course is the examination of the critical disability theory from a social, political, and cultural lens, examining personal experiences within a variety of constructs. This class is focused on how disability is defined, represented, and perceived, taught from a disability culture viewpoint which fosters an informed and reasoned openness to, and understanding of, differences.
