Catalog description

This course will introduce students to the concepts of population health and the basic processes and approaches that identify health-related concerns of populations across the globe. Emphasis will be placed on the role that fertility, mortality, and migration play in shaping the health-related needs of countries and communities and the development of policies and programs to address these needs.
