Legal and Financial Issues in Higher Education.

Catalog description

Institutions of higher education are impacted by multiple and diverse factors, including legal and financial issues. The purpose of this course is two-fold: 1) to provide students with an understanding and overview of the current and emerging fundamental legal and policy issues in higher education and how these issues impact and shape post-secondary education, and 2) to provide students with an understanding and overview of the basic concepts of higher education financing, resource development, and economic policy issues.
