Transformational Leadership

Catalog description

Equips students with knowledge of the transformational leadership framework and the competencies required to develop and implement a holistic model of change. Students learn how to reveal problems, assess the current situation and desired future, and to design a vision for change to manage the needed transition. Students may have an opportunity to serve as consultants or change agents for real-life organizational managers in their organizational transformation endeavors. Provides an opportunity to develop a personal model for change leadership and define an action plan for personal growth as change agents.
