Students will have the knowledge of how to set high expectations and standards for all faculty and staff within specific state and local regulations that govern such processes. Students will demonstrate the ability to hire, support, and maintain a diverse, competent, and highly qualified staff while providing continuous professional development and maintaining his/her own continuous improvement. Embedded field activities required.
