Catalog description

The emphasis will be on methods of measurements of stress, temperature, pressure, force, torque, and calibration. Students will learn the basics of electronics as applied to instrumentation and analysis of automatic control systems. The types of instruments covered include those that read and record voltage, current, resistance and power; sensors for pressure, heat, strain, torque, fluid flow, and vibration measurement.
