Catalog description

This course introduces students to the meaning of innovation. It offers students an opportunity to build their knowledge and skills in enhancing innovation across cultures, to obtain tools for managing innovation and for creating an innovation culture, and to implement measures of innovation. The course walks students through each one of the innovation phases, from problem identification and idea generation to manufacturing and market penetration. Consists of hands-on experiential exercises focused on the management of innovation.
