Educational Statistics II

Catalog description

Introduction to qualitative statistics and quantitative research methodology. Consideration to mainstream qualitative research traditions, including case study, phenomenology, ethnography, grounded theory, and participatory/action research. Introduction of computer software used for coding textual data and exploration of various analytic approaches. Students will conduct observations, interviews, basic data analysis, and reporting.
