This course is designed for educator candidates to gain an understanding of best practices in classroom organization and management. The focus of the course will be on Alabama Quality Teaching Standards that address learning environment, relationships, intrinsic motivation, responsibility, and character education. This course is embedded with a field experience that focuses on effective classroom management at the secondary level.
