Intern in School Counseling

Catalog description

Students will complete a supervised counseling internship experience in an approved P-12 setting that totals a minimum of 600 clock hours with at least 240 hours of direct client service, with one hour individual or triadic supervision by a qualified supervisor and an average of 1.5 hours per week of group supervision. There is a synchronous requirement for this course. Professional liability insurance is required prior to starting the internship hours.
