Catalog description

Students will complete a supervised counseling internship experience in an approved clinical mental health setting that totals a minimum of 300 clock hours with at least 120 hours of direct client service, with one-hour individual or triadic supervision by a qualified supervisor and an average of 1.5 hours per week of group supervision. There is a synchronous requirement for this course. Professional liability insurance is required prior to starting the internship hours.
