Principles and practices of business professional development. A continuation of BA 401. This second required course in professional development and career planning includes an emphasis on communication skills. Students should participate in at least one of the following activities: a community service project, seminar, webinar, or other activities as approved by instructor. The selected activity must provide opportunities for soft skills development related to positive personal attributes for career success. The selected activities may not be repeated in BA 403 or BA 404.
