Catalog description

This course gives students the ability to develop and manage a group of projects and ensure alignment with the business strategy. Managing several diverse projects simultaneously can provide benefits and synergies that one might not get from managing the projects individually. Students gain an understanding of the critical success factors for portfolios and program management and the key metrics to evaluate the performance of a group of projects.
