EMERGENCY RISK MANAGEMENT

Catalog description

This course focuses on unpredictable events, such as pandemics and natural disasters, to explore the project risk management discipline. The study of project risk teaches us to identify, plan for, and respond to both known and unknown risks. Students will examine how to decrease negative impact and discover ways to increase positive effects of risk. All risk management processes will be covered: risk management planning, risk identification, qualitative risk analysis, quantitative risk analysis, risk response planning, and risk monitoring and control.
