Catalog description

Integration occurs when one is able to bring unity and coherence to several, distinct elements. The basic goal of the Integrative Seminar is to provide students with an opportunity, singly and in group discussion, to consider how the various functions and skills of management can work together to advance organizations in achieving strategic goals. This seminar will address important linkages among topics and assignments in management courses and show how their combined use makes for a deeper understanding of management success.
