BUILDING OPERATIONS

Catalog description

Students examine how facilities, building operations, and maintenance organizations are managed. Topics covered include scheduling, equipment evaluation, training and long range planning. Students will explore how the interdependent mechanical systems in a facility work together and how all the elements of an efficient facility work in tandem for maximum effective value to the organization. Prerequisite: CPFM2000 (3 credit)
