This course serves as a leveling course for students without a construction background and as an open elective for students with a construction-related background. The course provides an understanding of scheduling principles, construction cost control methodologies, and the use of schedules for monitoring the health of construction projects. The course also introduces the technology behind planning, sequencing, and visualizing the schedule of a project. The course focuses on industry standard software for project planning and scheduling.
