This course introduces fundamental data structures and algorithms as a gateway into the MSACS program. Students study features and differences of these constructs, including theoretical analysis, implementation, and applications. Topics include lists, queues, trees, graphs, sorting, computational complexity, and algorithm strategies. Prerequisites: COMP5900 (6 credits) spring
