Catalog description
Students follow the process of design, problem solving, and building construction management as it relates to the use of interior space. Students develop comprehensive projects involving issues pertaining to space planning, regulatory codes, building systems, material use and construction methods as related to facilities management. Prerequisite: CONM1500 or CONM1525 and CONM1550 (4 credits) summer
