Catalog description
As the media industry rapidly evolves, journalists are discovering new ways to cover the news as well as innovative ways to make a living. This course explores the intersection of journalism and entrepreneurship, equipping students with the skills and knowledge necessary to create and sustain their own media enterprises. Students will learn about media innovation, business models, audience engagement and how to start and run a journalism-focused business.
