The primary objective of this course is to develop a critical, intersectional lens through which to understand social systems of power pertaining to gender, race, and sexuality. Students will identify how these categories intersect with others, such as ethnicity, class, religion, age, ability, body size, neurotype, nationality and citizenship status.
