Catalog description

This course examines the advanced theory and tools for implementing projects in organizations and will provide a comprehensive overview of the skills needed and challenges to be faced in managing them. The primary goals of this course in Project Management are to help students understand important concepts and principles in project selection, scheduling, risk and resource management and develop analytical and interpersonal skills that will be useful to them as project managers. Prerequisite : BUSN 5100.
