Catalog description

This course will address the fundamentals of a demand-driven supply chain and allows students to understand why optimized inventory and replenishment helps overcome in-system weaknesses and deliver results. Students will gain a solid basis of understanding in the areas of Just in Time, Efficient Consumer Response, Collaborative Forecasting, Planning and Replenishment.
