Catalog description

Gain an overview of the basic Dental Hygienist technical/clinical skills including the use of basic dental equipment, examination of patients and procedures within the dental unit. Under the direct supervision of an instructor, integrate hands-on skills with entry-level critical thinking and problem solving skills. Dental health safety skills are also reinforced.
