Catalog description

Explores how data can be used to improve how organizations hire, manage, and develop their employees. Students learn the value of evidence-based decision-making in the workplace and gain experience working with real-world people data. Covers foundational concepts in social science, basic data analysis, and common people-related challenges related to human resource management. Recommended: a minimum grade of 3.0 in T BUS 301; and a minimum grade of 3.0 in T BGEN 200.
