Catalog description

Introduces the study of cell behavior (including interaction between cells and environment) at low temperatures. Topics include basic knowledge required in the Cryobiology research and obtained from thermodynamics, heat-mass transfer, non-equilibrium thermodynamics, ice nucleation theory, biophysics, and biology; mechanisms and hypotheses related to cell cryoinjury during cryopreservation.
