Catalog description

Introduces set theory; the construction of the real numbers; infima and suprema; metric spaces and Euclidean distance; topology of the reals numbers; formal treatment of limits; Cauchy sequences; continuity; uniform convergence; and the derivative. Course overlaps with: MATH 327 and STMATH 424. Prerequisite: minimum grade of 2.0 in TMATH 300.
