Catalog description

Examines connections between film and other art forms, such as literature, painting, music and theater/performance. Emphasizes methods of interpretation and critical theory in studying the relationships of artistic expression. Examines/may examine the work of major directors, writers, and artists, as well as examples at local museums and performance spacesd. Course overlaps with: C LIT 371.
