Covers topics related to testing VLSI circuits and hardware security including manufacturing test fundamentals, fault modeling and simulation, automatic test pattern generation algorithms, Design-for-Testability, testability vs security, trustworthiness of integrated circuits; Counterfeit ICs; Hardware Trojans; Side-Channel attacks; Design-for-Trust. Course overlaps with: TECE 521. Prerequisite: TCES 330.
