Catalog description
Overview of technology policy and how design is shaped by and shapes technology law. Provides policy practitioner perspectives on issues such as copyright, cybersecurity, net neutrality, privacy, online safety, and artificial intelligence. Gives the ethical context of digital engineering practitioners, and provides principles and realities of policy practitioners. Prerequisite: a minimum grade of 2.0 in either TCSS 325 or TEE 225.
