Examines disproportionate representation of people of color in the child welfare, economic, education, health, juvenile justice, and mental health systems. Focuses on how each of these systems interacts with criminal legal systems in which racialized disproportionality is a particularly serious problem. Course overlaps with: T EDUC 490.
